Overpriced, Disrespectful, and Completely Unorganized — Never Again I placed a pickup order by phone the night before, like I’ve done for years. When I arrived, I called to confirm it was ready. They said it was ready and told me to come inside to get it. When I walked in, the store was overcrowded, chaotic, and had no separate area for pickups — just one huge line of people placing orders. When the owner came out, I politely asked for my pickup order, and he responded with rude, sarcastic, and nasty comments, telling me I had to wait until everyone finished ordering before he would hand me food that was already prepared and confirmed ready. This place is more expensive than other chicken stores, and somehow the service is even worse than the prices are high. I spend $60+ every time I visit, have supported this business for years, and was treated like a bother for wanting to grab an order they told me was sitting there ready. To make matters worse: • There is NO parking for customers, which makes pickup even more stressful. • People are constantly standing in front of and inside the store asking customers for money, making the environment uncomfortable. • The owner shows zero appreciation for loyalty, but has no issue charging more than competitors. I ended up leaving and going to another chicken store that night. They took my order, were kind, professional, and handed me my food with no attitude, no sarcasm, no excuses, and no delays. A completely different experience. This business charges higher prices than everyone else, offers no parking, has no organization, and delivers terrible customer service. I will never return and I do not recommend this place unless you want to: • pay more than other chicken spots, • deal with a stressful pickup process, • wait hours even when your food is ready, • and be surrounded by a chaotic, uncomfortable environment. There are far better chicken stores out there that value your time, money, and loyalty. This one clearly does not.
The place and people are great. I always get an Italian cheeseburger here. The best in the business. 😋🤩👍💯
